Free Standard Shipping
LintLume™ offers free standard shipping on eligible orders to Canada and the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes approximately 5–12 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier volume, customs processing, severe weather, holidays and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and assist with the appropriate next step.
An order marked as delivered by the carrier may require an investigation before a replacement or refund can be considered.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging when possible.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Customs and Import Charges
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed by their country or local authority, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
