How to start a return
Use our Contact page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back because the correct return destination can depend on the order.
Return condition
Returned items should be in reasonable condition and include the product and any included components. Items that have been intentionally damaged, misused, or altered may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging when possible. If the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund after it is processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility. If we confirm that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions.
