These Terms of Service govern your use of the LintLume online store and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be the age of majority in your province, state or territory, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. You may not use this website or our products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with the operation or security of the store, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Product information and proper use
We work to keep product descriptions, prices and images accurate. Screen settings and photography can affect how colours appear. The LintLume Reset Roller is intended for dry, sturdy household fabric surfaces. Patch-test a hidden area first. Do not use it on people or pets, wet surfaces, leather, delicate or loose-weave textiles, or any material that snags.
3. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order when a product is unavailable, information or pricing is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment would violate applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item or order.
4. Prices, taxes and charges
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
5. Shipping
Processing times, estimated delivery ranges, tracking information and delay guidance are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility, timing, condition requirements and refund processing are described on our 30-Day Returns page and in our Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The LintLume name, site design, copy, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.
8. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics and other service providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites that are not operated by us.
9. Errors and changes
We may correct errors or omissions and update product information, prices, availability or these terms when necessary. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not reduce rights that have already arisen under applicable consumer law.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Use products only as directed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LintLume is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse of a product or use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any warranty, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available where they live.
